Tradia of Lane County is ready to make 2010 a
year of new records!
- · We will double our membership!
This means more places for you to trade with and get the items and services you need.
- · Increase your customer base & brand
awareness in the network and in the local area!
- · Provide new exciting ways to advertise why “you are the best at what you do”!
- · Most importantly - increase cash sales!
Get ready to be
a part of Tradia of Lane County’s (TLC) 2010 marketing campaign! Our focus, in
the spirit of Tradia and barter, is to use the resources we
already have to direct cash business to each member's
business through a variety of strategic events
& activities. We have come up with the best value in
marketing your business to both the local community and other TLC
members. Each
quarter will feature one of three exciting opportunities for TLC
members to participate in:
- · Community Gift Baskets– all TLC members
can donate gift certificates for their business to be given away in the
5 gift baskets donated each quarter to area local charities to be used
in their fund raising efforts.
- · When you
participate in this program, you will receive marketing exposure
before, during, and after the fundraiser.
TLC will supply the charity with the necessary
promotional tools to market the baskets.
This may include signage, flyers, tickets, etc. Each will contain a link
to the TLC website that will host information about the donors and
links to their websites.
Additionally, TLC will submit press releases to
local media outlets about the community efforts of TLC members.
- · This is a great
opportunity to show your community involvement and increase your brand
awareness in the local economy.
- · Vendor Shows– all TLC members
can participate in these vehicles to drive more cash & trade
sales to you and gain valuable referrals.
Each quarter, TLC will host a themed vendor show that
will be open to the TLC network and public where you can make cash and
trade dollar sales. TLC
will allow non-member vendors to participate to help increase the
public draw, but not at the discounted cost that the TLC members will
enjoy. By inviting
non-member vendors, the TLC members can interact with them while
encouraging them to join the network and increase their spending
options. Each theme
will focus on an upcoming season of sales promotion.
- · For instance,
the Work & Play show in Feburary will focus on the upcoming
summer outdoor recreation and home improvement season.
We would expect to see vendors such as fishing
guides, ATV dealers, fencing contractors, BBQ/Hot Tub, Lawn Care, etc
as well as all of the TLC members who wish to participate.
- · Where’s Tradia– this is a great
opportunity to meet other members in the network and learn how they can
help your business grow. TLC
members are encouraged to gain 10 signatures on an official TLC
entrance card from various TLC members as they visit their place of
business and learn why they are the best at what they do. Each entrance card
increases their chance at winning a major prize in the quarterly
drawing.
